Joy is a nanny agency placing wonderful nannies with lovely families. At Joy we focus on finding you the nanny that meets your individual needs. Our aim is to place nannies with a long term perspective in mind. With our experience of 20+ years in the field we offer tailored customer service that provides continued support after the placement.
We put forward carefully selected applicants we strongly believe in, who have proven expertise in childcare and thrive in their role.
All our nannies have been interviewed and they meet the minimum following criteria:

A passion for working with children!

A minimum of two years experience working as a nanny (or in Childcare/Teaching)

Clear DBS or equivalent clear police record (or willing to get)

A minimum of two recent and checkable references
-
First aid certificate (or willing to get)
-
Right to work within the UK
-
Fully COVID vaccinated

We also place mannies, maternity nurses, holiday nannies, temp positions, babysitters and housekeepers. Please get in touch with your requirements!
Our fees
We charge 15% of the placed nanny’s annual net salary.
Our guarantee
We aim for our nannies to stay in their placement for a long perspective in mind, but if for any reason the nanny decides to leave and a free replacement cannot be found the agency will refund:

within 4 weeks of the start date: 75 % refund

within 8 weeks of the start date: 50 % refund

within 12 weeks of start date: 25 % refund
​
No refund will be given after 12 weeks of employment.
