Joy! Childcare is a nanny agency based in Kensington, London.

It was founded by Helene Ohman, a mother herself and professional nanny with 20+ years of experience in childcare. She moved to London in 2002 from Stockholm, Sweden.

“Being a parent is a full time job and being a nanny is too!

As a mother I truly understand the everyday choices, joys, and challenges we all go through and my experience of 20 years as a professional nanny has made me aware of the importance of understanding the individual needs of each family when caring for their children.

I truly love what I do and I feel privileged that I can combine my passions working with children and running my own nanny agency. As a nanny you get the opportunity to be part of an important part of the childrens lives, to share and care, support emotional wellbeing and continues learning professionally as well as creating memories. Having that experience inspired me to help others in finding and bringing together the best people to care for their children.
